Our Health and Wellness Program
Get active, stay healthy, and discover inner peace – our high schools Health and Wellness program offers a well-rounded approach to lifelong wellness. Physical Education classes focus on building a strong foundation in fitness concepts and developing a love for movement through team sports, individual activities, and lifetime fitness pursuits. Complementing these classes is our Health curriculum, providing students with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices about their physical and mental well-being.
